It was way too hot for most of the lads & with Risby’s beautiful surrounding woodland keeping the wind off the lake, most of the pegs on the Folly were bereft of any breeze whatsoever.
Steve Pulford continued his great run of form by winning the day with 121lbs off peg 12. Pully had one of the few pegs with the wind on it and he caught carp to 8lbs off the inside line with maggot.
2nd place went to Robbo with 93lbs off peg 20. Robbo mainly caught at 6m with paste over micros.
3rd was Trev Mc with 47lbs off peg 14 & 4th was Mike Clerk with 45lbs off peg 29.
