Another cold and wet day greeted the faithful, soon to be medically assessed for brain damage…
The thermometer showed a high of 3 degrees, but it felt like minus 10 !!
The feeding fish were tightly “balled up” in the middle of the lake, which was great news if you’d dropped on them and horrendous if you hadn’t!!
The match was won by Pete Suggitt with a great weight of 59:03 off peg 17. Pete fished the long pole, alternating between corn and maggot on the hook to land several quality carp and a few silvers.
